In the framework of international festival of Jaipur, the ANVPAH & VSSP, accompanied by French experts in heritage, participated in the seminar "Heritage and Development" January 19, 2010.
This time of reflection was a real opportunity to imagine possible cooperation with the cities members of ANVPAH & VSSP present during this day, such as Longwy or Besancon.
